Office staff (2 employees)

(一). Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the implementation of the company leaders’ instructions. Contact and communicate for the leaders and employees; timely report and feedback to the leaders; improve the corporation and coordination of various departments; supervise and inspect various activities and programs.

2. Organize and arrange the company's office meeting, or prepare other meetings and related activities together with relevant departments; write and sort meeting minutes; issue documents according to resolution of the meetings as required.

3. Responsible for the transceiver, registration, circulation, and instructions of company correspondences; draft, review, print, transfer, remind and inspect relevant documents; responsible for the filling management of documentary archives.

4. Responsible for the management of the company's office facilities, including procurement, distribution, using registration, storage, and maintenance management of the company’s office supplies; responsible for management and use of fax machines, copy machines, long-distance telephones, mobile phones, computers, and laptop computers.

5. Responsible for general affairs and logistics guarantee.

6. Responsible for the company's vehicle scheduling, management, and maintenance to ensure the normal vehicle application of the company's leaders and employees.

7. Responsible for the company's daily reception and the management of the company's gifts.

（二）. Job qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above.

2. Over three years of working experience for administrative office in state-owned or private enterprises.

3. Proficient in office software; capable of certain writing ability; good at communication and coordination; able to withstand strong working pressure, with deliberate, careful, and responsible mind.

4. Gender is not limited, but males are in priority.
